Who we are
WOW ABA Therapy (Waves of Wonder Therapy LLC) provides Applied Behavior Analysis services across Miami-Dade County. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected from visitors to wowabatherapy.com. If you become a client, separate privacy practices apply to your protected health information — see the HIPAA notice section below.
What we collect
Contact form submissions
When you submit our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, an optional subject line, and your message.
Get Started intake submissions
When you submit our Get Started form, we collect: caregiver name, phone, and email; the prospective client's name and date of birth; whether the child has had prior ABA services; the requested service type; insurance plan; referral source; and any additional notes you choose to include.
Automatic analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. The events we track contain only page paths, traffic sources, device types, and short labels (for example, which CTA button was clicked). We do not send your name, email, phone number, message contents, or any health-related information to Google Analytics.
Google Ads attribution
If you arrive at this site by clicking a Google Ads result, your browser receives short identifiers from Google (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) and we may also receive UTM campaign parameters. We store these identifiers in a first-party cookie named "wow_attr" for up to 90 days so we can attribute form submissions back to the campaign that brought you. These identifiers do not contain your personal information.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, deliver services you request, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We use automatic analytics data to improve the site.
Who we share information with
We share aggregate, non-identifying usage data with Google (Analytics + Ads) to measure ad performance and improve site quality. We use a third-party email provider to deliver auto-replies and operational notifications. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with data brokers.
We never send patient identifiers, health information, contact details, or any data tied to your inquiry about ABA services to Google products. Conversion tracking with Google Ads relies only on anonymous click identifiers (gclid/gbraid/wbraid) — no name, email, or phone is ever transmitted, hashed or otherwise.
Cookies
This site uses a first-party cookie named "wow_attr" (90 days, attribution identifiers only). Google's analytics scripts also set their own cookies ("_ga", "_gid", "_gcl_au") used to count visitors and measure ad attribution. You can clear these cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You may contact us at info@wowabatherapy.com to request a copy of any personal information you have submitted, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to ask any questions about this policy.
If you become a client (HIPAA notice)
If you become a client of WOW ABA Therapy, your protected health information is governed by separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at clinical intake. This website Privacy Policy applies only to public visitors and does not cover patient records.
